Parking Options for Graduates and Families at UofC Campus

 

Primary parking locations are lot 10 & 11 on the North side of Campus near the Oval. Parking is a flat rate of $10/vehicle and payment can be made 3 ways:

 

Same Day options:

1. Pay stations in each lot. The machines accept Amex, VISA, MC, Debit, Apple & Goggle     pay.

2.  Parkedin App- Download and purchase

Student Services

 

Summer School

  • Summer school registration has now closed. Students and families will receive confirmation emails between June 2nd - 6th. Notifications will be sent from either “External – Cbe-learn” or “External – Chinook Learning Services”. Please be sure to check your spam/junk mail as well.
  •    Students should contact CBe-learn or Chinook Learning if they have not received a notification by June 6th.
  • In-person summer school classes run from July 2nd – July 25th at various CBE high schools.
  • Online summer school classes run from June 30th – July 24th
  • Diplomas for summer school are written Aug 5th -13th​​​​​​​

High School Upgrading 

  • Graduating Gr 12’s interested in upgrading next year, click Chinook Learning - upgrading for more information on registration process
  • Registration begins June 19th

Driver Training 

  • Have you taken driver’s education?....you can receive one high school credit for this if you have. To be eligible for credit:
  • Students must complete an external driver training course and obtain a credential from the organization that provided it. 
  • Once the credential is provided to the school, the student can receive credit for EXT1010.
  • Students do not have to pass a driver’s exam to receive credit.

 

A list of approved providers for external driver training courses is found in the Alberta Government - Licensed Driver Training Schools document.

 

 BURNS MEMORIAL FUND - HIGH SCHOOL BURSARY FOR GRADE 12 STUDENTS

  • This program is for Calgary high school students who are within two semesters of graduating from grade 12 and who have demonstrated financial need. A basic living allowance is provided to assist students in covering expenses such as rent, food and transportation. Attendance and marks are monitored monthly. For more information or to apply, students should connect with their colour community Guidance Counsellor.

  • Scholarship opportunities are continually updated in the Success Centre D2L Shell. Scholarship information presentation is on our school site listed here, so that families are able to see as well.
