Semester 2 Timetable Requests
Grade 11 and 12 students requesting a timetable change for semester 2 courses are recommended to book an appointment with their colour community guidance counsellor or drop in during Focus or Lunch prior to winter break. Timetable requests for grade 11 and 12 students will only be considered for the following reasons:
- Course off levelling (ie. Math 20-1 to Math 20-2)
- Meeting high school graduation requirements
- Post Secondary admission requirements
CBe-Learn Concurrent Registration Semester 2
For grade 11 or 12 students interested in taking one online course with CBe-Learn in semester 2 concurrently, here is the link to the form to request a course. Grade 12 students who require a course to meet graduation requirements will be prioritized. Ensure your online course registration aligns with semester 2 timetable and aim for a balanced timetable, so your overall academic load is not too heavy. In person learning is recommended.
CBe-Learn Semester 2 requests need to be submitted by Wednesday, December 11th. Guidance counsellors will meet with students requesting an online course if there are any concerns with the course selected for their learning plan.
