Photo retakes will be taking place on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. Please note we will be prioritizing students who have previously had their photo taken and will then call students down by grade.
Exemplary Awards
To honour our outstanding student academic achievements from the 2024-2025 school year, given that we were unable to hold a formal ceremony in October, the Exemplary Awards will be available for student or guardian pick-up in the main office starting Monday, November 3. Please note that the main office hours are 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily.

Athletics
We are pleased to host practices for our fall athletic teams the week of Nov. 3-7. As we receive information regarding competitions and games, we will notify athletes and the school community—Stay tuned!

Unique Pathways Info Night
Unique Pathways Information Night will take place on Wednesday, November 5th from 5:30-7:30 PM at the Career and Technology Centre at Lord Shaughnessy High School (2336 - 53 Ave SW, Calgary AB T3E 1J2). Grade 10-12 student and families can explore career pathways, post-secondary options, and hands-on learning opportunities. Meet program partners, ask questions, and learn about upcoming Spring 2026, Summer, and Fall opportunities. New this year! Kids Help Phone National Youth Council Opportunity
The National Youth Council (NYC) at Kids Help Phone is a group of youth ages 14–24 from across Canada who are passionate about mental health and well-being. The NYC works as a whole to help integrate a youth voice into numerous areas of Kids Help Phone and to help influence decision-making, strategy and delivery of activities organization-wide. The next selected cohort would support this important work from January 2026-December 2026.
